Upon completion of services and your written request, the company will transfer digital assets, content, online profiles, domain names, websites, and associated logins/passwords created for you.

The transfer is subject to the extent that it is commercially practicable to do so.

The company accepts payment through ACH direct deposit, check, credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer.

New accounts may be subject to a 48-hour verification period to prevent unauthorized credit card use.

Customers should ensure their credit card company has up-to-date information, including alternate addresses.

All payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable as per the agreement.

Refunds, partial refunds, or prorated fees are not provided, even if the agreement is terminated prematurely before the services are fully performed.

The company and its representatives, including employees, contractors, and affiliates, will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or incidental damages, such as lost profits, data, or reputational harm.

If the company is found liable, the maximum amount it will owe is limited to the payments you made for services within the past 12 months.

This limitation is part of the agreed terms and reflects the distribution of risk between you and the company.

The company may suspend, modify, or stop services, accounts, or communications at any time without notice or liability for any resulting damages.

There is no guarantee that services, accounts, or communications will always be available, and the company will not be held responsible for any issues arising from such unavailability.

If you violate the terms of service (TOS), the company may terminate your account, services, or transactions immediately, without notice. You will be liable for any losses caused by your violation.

If the company materially breaches the TOS, your compensation will be limited to either the amount of your damages or the total payments you made to the company within the past 12 months, whichever is less.

These terms and any agreement with the company will follow the laws of the State of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be resolved based on UAE law, without applying any conflicting legal rules or international conventions.
